What we learned is summarized below:

• Dealers are being squeezed out of major metropolitan markets due to exorbitant rental rates for
store fronts. Many dealers report that up to 70% of their sales are now online and know that
they would see an increase in net profits by simply moving to a lower cost venue.

• Some dealers expressed an interest in increasing their market exposure with a second location,
especially one within 90 miles of New York City.
