With our new Premier Antiques and Design Center opening up in 1000,000 square feet
of renovated space in Philadelphia, Showrooms 2220 will offer critical mass of antiques and
design under the same roof as a strong online presence to maximize dealers’ exposure.


CRITICAL MASS: 100,000 square feet of amazing floor space in a restored 19 th Century heavy
timber building, with state of the art designed showrooms (traditional size booths and larger
shops spaces available at very low rent).

LOCATION: There are 44 Million people who live within a 3-hour drive of our location. We are
located less than one-half of a mile from I-95 in Philadelphia.





IN HOUSE AUCTION ON-SITE (Kamelot Auction): Consider the ease of buying a pair of chairs at
the auction, having them reupholstered ( upholstery shop on-site) then placed in your booth
for sale, without you ever having touched them. Additionally, you have the option of selling
your product at auction in this very same venue.
